4. Mathematics

In our approach to mathematics, we integrate learning seamlessly into play. Our team actively identifies opportunities for children to recognise mathematical concepts in their everyday experiences. For instance, in our preschool activities like slime and play-doh play, children explore measurements, fostering an understanding of size and quantity. In the toddler room, cooking activities involve counting ingredients, introducing basic numeracy skills in a fun and practical way. Even in gardening, children learn about colours through planting various seeds and observing the vibrant hues of different flowers. Through play-based learning, we ensure that mathematical concepts become familiar and enjoyable parts of children's lives.
