Understanding The World
Ages 2 – 6
In our older rooms, we focus on helping children understand the world around them through engaging activities. Through construction role-play, they get to build and create, developing their problem-solving skills and understanding of how things work. We also create beach scenes where they can explore elements of nature and learn about the seaside environment. These experiences not only deepen their understanding of life and surroundings but also contribute to their cultural capital, enriching their knowledge of the world and its diverse cultures.
Weekly themes
Each program consists of its own weekly theme, so that your child has something new to anticipate with each coming week.
Supplies you own
You’ll be able to utilize or recycle supplies you already have at home to complete lesson activities. We’ll provide you with alternative options as well.
Hands-on activities
Our activities are designed to keep your child engaged, whether it’s learning how to draw the solar system or memorizing a song about the seasons.
